Can't get 102 going after key change

Card 102 rev103 went down with key change and now can't get back up. I've tried diferent bins and changed keys. Nothing seems to work. Went back to code space's bin with new no's. None seem to work. The only thing I did that I can think of is when I cleaned code space in nedit 5.2 I wrongly selected 'CLEAN102DISHICAM_WITHINTERCEPT" Would this do someting and if so how do I fix it? Any help needed. All I get is the 005 nag.

write a virgin 102 rev 103 to it
find a non autoroll
add keys change password

read card wrote virgin 102 image, then wrote code space's bin to it with up to date no's. Still getting 005 nag. Just getting a few music channels.
