rom102 rev103 receiver 301.013 (these are married)

In the forums I read if the card is married then all I have to do is make a tiers patch (with Mr.tierworks), then apply latest blocker (codespace) with current keys.


I applied tiers, then applied blocker with current keys, then wrote to card. That forced the receiver to upgrade to P343 (whew software was old). Now I get all the channels in red?

Is this a tier problem?
Is the method for a married rom102 with a 301.013 correct?

Do I have to add sk patch to tsop if the card is married?

red means tiers expired....did u set your expire date in tierworks...

yes, red is either tiers expired or no tiers were put on card,
IS it just a few red channels in guide or is it a whole bunch
If it is only a few then no tiers were put on card.

If it is a bunch then redo with same steps and this time set your expire date further out

All channels are red (a bunch) except PPV, they ask to buy.


This is what I did:

1. read card and saved image.

2. open tierworks selected the Time Zone, Zip Code & Remap

3.set ppv tiers

4.selected the 1st of the 3 icons above Zip Code & entered the expirery date of august 2008

5. Selected 2nd icon & select “Get Keys” then select “Save And Write Keys”

6. Select the 3rd icon and enter Cam ID, IRD & Box Keys you want to use. Select “Save And Write When Patching Bin (I used gento8 to get boxkeys and ird number from saved bin)

7.Next select "Organize And Wipe Tiers" chose copy of my saved bin.(Wait until you see a message saying that the image has been organized and wiped)

8.selected “Modify Bin File” and again when prompted, select the same card image.

9. saved as modifiedbin.bn102

10. opened nagraedit. Opened modified.bn102, patched codespace v12.0p auto lock.

11. wrote to card.

Still all red channels.

changed expir date again still red.

did everything over 5 times, still red?

i think ur wiping your tiers after your using tierworks

dont set ppv tiers first....
i always do the ppv tiers last before modding bin
organize and wipe tiers then do the ppv part then modify bin

In files section Mr. tierworks version was 1.6. I went to different site and found Mr. tierworks version 2.5. ------THAT CURED RED GUIDE!!!!

Spent two days on old version, I am bald now because I pulled my hair out.

Now UP AND RUNNING!!!
