811 i-cam to rom102, error 122

I have been working on this for a few weeks now and just can't seem to get my 811 w/card slot mod to work with the rom102. No matter what I try, I get the error 122. The mod has worked in the past with the cam mounted to plastic but unfortunately I looped the ICAM. I saved the original image and have been trying to use this on a 102 but can't seem to get it to work. My last attempt has been to clean 102 and write image, open and clean original image and write to 102, open cleaned original and patch V28J 10-28-2006 Autoroll i-CAMS blocker, write to card. This still gives me an error 122 message.

I have noticed that after doing the process above that I get Unknown Provider after I apply blocker and check ATR. When I check the ATR after I get 122 error, the provider shows D*shnetwork. Should I get Unknown Provider when I check ATR after applying blocker and before putting into receiver? What code areas do I need to focus on after I apply patch to verify proper patch?

Also, when I try to read my original image using n2edit 2.58, it says "file not supported", but I can read it just fine using nagramaster. I change absolutely nothing when I open it in nagramaster and save, but I can then read it just fine in n2edit. Does this mean anything or is it just something that happens?
