Xbox troubles...

While installing some software on a friends softmodded xbox, i accidently fucked up a line of code in the evolution X dash settings file (evox.ini), this crashed the box giving me an error 21 at boot up. I'm able to hotswap the drive and use hddDriver to read the hard drive image, but it won't allow me to view the files like it's supposed to. I'm able to do a backup of the drive with hdd driver, but can't view the bin file it makes cuz the program errors out. I've tried reading the saved image with fatXplorer and fat box xplorer but they close as soon as I try to open them. I read up at xbox-scene.com but most people are jagoffs about helping over there :( If anyone knows a different program to use to read the drive or read the backup image, please help me out and let me know what to use.

Thanx for the link, unfortunately I no longer have FTP access to the box, can't get past the boot screen. To add insult to injury the dude I got it from didn't make a backup of the drive.
