Hughes Dish to receive Telstar 5?

Hi,
Can I use the Hughes D*V dish to receive a Telstar 5 signal? I'm planning to get a Irdeto/DVB receiver to watch foreign channels (Asia/Europe) and just use the existing dish and maybe use a splitter for the receivers.

Splitter?you'd better find out about splitters, sat signals and splitters don't get along too well.....

Even a 76cm can be too small. The aiming of a dish to a ku signal from T5 is much more exact operation than aiming at Dish, Dave or Bev. I wound not use anything less than a 1 meter dish or you'll be ripping out your hair trying to get a signal.
