Ebay Account Compromised

Somebody changed my ebay password and changed my secret question. Then they proceeded to list a bunch of merchandise trying to make some money.
I caught it in time so Im ok. I just noticed the message alert from ebay confirming my password change by this %&*$ In the message it states the
IP address: 69.155.208.235
ISP host: 10.10.63.249
I wish I knew how to trace this %$&* and get whatever information I can. Maybe I could get some revenge.
Any ideas?

looks like ez mart ( thought they are a gas station convience store) but I did not follow all the route

but there are also ways to fool ips or hijack so be sure.

I got them sometimes and mine are from out of the the country (Germany I think). But as stated above, a crook, smart enought to do that, wouldn't use his own internet to send out those email. Most likely he used a zombie (a compromised computer).
