522 blackout need help please

Hi guys
I just pop my icam rom103 rev380, after reactivate my card but still got black out .
what did i do wrong or did i miss any steps? Please help me out.
I got all the exsub ird info and add tier to it with the blocker but still did not go. please help me out . Thanks inadvance

Usually when you have a black screen(with header info), it means the blocker is not correct. You need a blocker that emulates rev38B for the icam or you will get the black screen. If it is " channel not authorized", then that is a different problem.
