Use your CPU as a reciever

Has anyone out there created the programing to use your CPU as a reciever for satelite? You can plug your coax. into your computer so there must be a way for your computer to decode the signal!

It's called DVB. We have DVB forum here. You'll need a DVB card to receiver Sat signal. Computer will decrypt and display the pictures on a PC monitor or TV.
