Hey guys,
I had some pc trouble and lost some of my good bins.I had them backed up from awhile ago,but none of them are working with my locals(Tampa). It took me awhile to get them right in the first place. Now I'm stuck again. It's probably a simple mistake I'll kick myself for missing.I've tried with three different blackout strings, correct zip and ED for time zone.
Blackout strings end like this(these are what are on the bins I have saved)
1)7F000000B9
2)7F030000B9
3)7F350000B9
Any ideas?Thanks

This may work but for the 102, you may have to change the location. I would also change the time zone to No daylight.

Thanks,I had it working with this blocker I use(12p)and I'm positive the TZ was ED(plain eastern daylight)Any other TZ and the time would be off.I.The address the blackout byte gets written to is A772.I'll try some other addresses. I can't believe I posted this in the BeLL sectin.Someone want to move it?

Hate to answer my own post. But after some .bin editing in Romex3 and Nagramaster,my locals are back in the low channels.
I didn't change much.Just started with a different bin and edited TZ to ED,blackout to 7f7f.......35000000b9.
