Mili, trust me I definitely know how you fell, I have an online business and I have to deal with these thieves as well, if you have never accepted credit card payments from anyone then you would be surprised at what these people can get by without having to pay and the bad part is even after you dispute the chargeback and prove that you sent the item the credit card comapny still rules in their favor and even if they do rule in your favor your funds are tied up for a while. just wanted to vent and let you know that I know exactly how you feel about people filing chargebacks, I have had people to file them before without even contacting me to see if I would refund their money or exchange the item, some people know they are going to file a chargeback before they even place the order
