Soft looped?

I have 3 Rom 102's that were "looped" by my own hands. By this I mean the cards had never been altered in any way and were "looped" when I tired to open using the wrong programs. Now they all have NO ATR and I have tired using SUB5 and various other programs to "unloop" but the programs tell me the card has no atr, may be looped! DUH! This is why I am using that software. What can I do to "unloop" these cards or can it be done?

sounds like them cards are dead.... but don't give up... look at it this way the no good the way they are so you may as well try everything to see if you can revive them.... play with the settings and different voltage
