help pointing triple lnb dish

Just bought a Terk triple LNB dish.
Trying to get signal from all 3 directv satellites.

Get either B and C signal but no channels and no A signal,
OR get A(can see usual directv channels) and no B or C signal.

What am I doing wrong with the dish pointing ?

I'm in Toronto, Canada. Any help is appreciated.

Figured out my problem.

I recieved the 101 okay, and was actually getting a signal
from the 119, however, my friggin philips reciever was
showing a 0 signal for Sat B and C when in fact, there was
signal.

Only found out when Chinese channels suddenly appeared
which are broadcast from 119 bird.

All those days on the roof .........
