Sounds like a your dates ran out on your tiers.

Yep!
you need to build you a new bin with updated tier dates or use nagrmaster to read your card and update the tiers with the tool included in it.
then write it back to you card.
Be sure to re-apply your blocker.

Make them with newest version of Mrtierworks. The older version will give you red tiers on all channels except PPV and Adult. I had the same problem and took me 4 hours to figure it out. Hope this helps.

load the pfg file that i use and check the tiers expiration date change the expired tiers to 15FE and updated my receiver. Hope that help you guys.
