301-013 single tsop error

Hey guys. Have a problem, I was trying to put a no rsa bin on my 301 and I erased the full bin, as I have all other receivers, and when I go to write the new bin on it it writes to 99% then gives me an error in jkeys with a 7something #. I then heard that some 301`'s can be erased but not fully written to. Ouch! Did I f-up my receiver? Any help is appreciated. Tried several times with no luck, always goes to 99% after like 5 minutes of writing and gives error?
