921 w/ rom 103 ... help?

I have recently purchased a 921 with a rom 103 rev 300 card, very clean machine.

I was able to unlock the card and read it but none of the info from the reciever has been transferred over to the card.
The reciever itself is at 277 and it is an original virgin 103 numbers matching.

I have read in past threads(which is way back in august) that there are activation blockers and whatnot available for the 103, but I am searching now and I cant seem to find much.

I really would like to get this up and running even if I have to pay someone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only way to get this receiver up and running is to activate it with dish network. The best way to do this is to take the image you read of the card and use it with PGM's ST19xl emulator. Once you got it all set up and are getting the preview channels go ahead and call dish and activate the receiver. Then save the new image and poof you got your keys. Then add tiers to the image and use it with cemu or pgm's st19xl or the rom card itself.

Unfortunately I am canadian and cannot get a sub from dish.

Would you happen to know someone who would be able to sub my system?
I will provide the info from my unit,then at a later date they can remove my system from thier account.

I would in return pay for their sub account for a couple of months.

I don't have a sub anymore.. sorry.. You also need to make sure the receiver/card are not blacklisted or have a balance on them and that they are ok to be subbed. You should be able to call dish and ask them that even if you are in Canada.
