Need Tiers Help

I am using Mr Tiers. I picked everthing by the instructions. I picked the Americas Top 180. But the 100s and 200s will not all come in. What am I doing wrong.

Try DT Tierworks. I just copy my bin, then use DT with update the tiers and apply it to the bin. Then I just write it back to the card, lock it and I am good to go.
