got my dp 310- 010 up with enigma 3.4 p-390 on 119 only i have my dish line perficaly if i hook the line seperte i get 110-119 but hooked it to sw21 nothing so a bought a new sw21 still nothing it wont dectet my swicth i have tryed every thing i no but still nothin helpm please

See if you get 12 - 19 volts at the cable

at the coaxil for 110?

hey jack i have almost 170 f of coiaxl i no that a lot but i need it could this be my problem?

Re-flash your eeprom with a virgin eeprom and make sure you put the correct build when flash edit asks for it.. Then do 6-1-1 and run check switch. In 301's its a firmware problem. If you are using a RSA Mod, then you need to switch to a No RSA mod and take the update to the new firmware.

it a wonder you are getting TV at all measure the volt at the end of the cable, next to dish
