Lots of folks have already pronounced Howard K. Stern (the lawyer, not the radio guy) guilty of murder. After all, if the courts award all that money to the Smith estate....the son is out of the way...that leaves the 5 month old girl, and unless Anna Nicole had a will specifying who gets what, probate will award it all to the baby.

Of course a 5 month old can't manage all that money, but her Dad can...Stern was in the room when the son died, he was in the room when Anna died....ooooh, what's that smell?

If he's the father, the courts award Marshall's estate to Smith's estate and the Smith/Stern marriage turns out to be legal - well, Stern just hit the $400 million jackpot. Plenty of incentive to see that your stepson and wife get all the methadone they need:eek:
