viewsat extreme????

just bought one its awesome
just one problem when i scan the 110 only the vertical tps scan and the horizontals have no signal quality and do not scan
i have 2 lnb with diseque lnb freq set at 11250 can anyone point me in the right directionthanks

make sure u have the right LNB selected, its in the same menu as the 11250..
