OK - i have done EVERYTHING everyone has suggested, and nothing works.

everything loads fine, i have tried all 3 versions of enigmaedit from 3.3-3.5, i have modified the bins and added keys , etc etc

IRD get signal, i out the IRD on chan 101 for about 5 minutes, i get a guide, and nothing but a black screen,

i am about togive up and ask for a refund or sell for 1/2 price.

I have a 4900 @ P324

I wish I could help you but I don't know anything about the enigma. However, if this was a emu setup and it did not work, I would say that the IRD is not modified correctly. The IRD must have a public box key and IRD number to work. Have you checked that?

Sorry to hear about that CR. Look for an atmega as they are running flawlessly right now on public and private information.

I use a 4900 @p324

Use EnigmaEdit3.3b ( as 3.4 does not work for me)
I haven't even tried 3.5 (no auto-roll)
Use 3.3b or 3.4 Bin I don't edit the bin (leave it alone)
select ird type 4700/4900
put in the new keys key0 & key1
press load EEprom wait till it loads
Then program card
when finished usb will close.
put it in the unplugged 4900 ird
(make sure it was unplugged for at least 30 sec.)
plug the 4900 in with your enigma in & you should see it pick up the Sat's
after 4 it will go to the last channel that it was on before.
At this point It does not matter what channel it's on because their is no auto-roll feature.

could you tell me where to find version 3.3b ? all i have is 3.3 (file off of here) and it doesnt have the IRD features

CR I had the same problem with a 501 so I reprogrammed the enigma but this time selecting 301:13 and entered keys and it came right up. Any one know why you can select what type of IRD ? my be it serves a purpose for HD but I set up a friend with a 3900 and the enigma was programed for a 301:13 and it worked just fine.
