Heres the problem..Im running a sub dish and fta from (119) from a lnb with two outputs....Eveything has worked great for two years until yesterday ..I noticed that I was getting 15 of maybe 50 channels from dishnetwork..The bad channels said locating signal..They wouldnt come in..I checked my FTA..had all channels..The funny thing is.....When I turned on the FTA..all the channels came back on my dish subbed..WHen i turned the fta off...I lost half the channels again

what switches do you have ? sounds like you are fighting for the same TP ferq. it doesnt sound like a bad LNB are you splitng the cable for unit to unit? i would check all conections agian dish should be a SW21 or higher FTA should be Dicsiq 1.3 or higher Good luck

like i said it worked great for two years....cable is connected from lnb directly to dish receiver..no switches there....that is why i am thinking its a bad lnb....theres no switched for dish..i will check my fta switch tonight..will plug it dirctly in the back as that as well to make sure im not getting interference..

I’m having the same problem, lost several channels as well. I am running a few fta's using DP, legacy twins and legacy singles with sw21 switches etc. Tried all settings, so something is up. Anyone know?

if there is a multiswitch that will work for dish & fta stb together and/or with DP or fta dual outputs LNBs . Buy 1 & connect the dual output LNB direct to the multiswitch first;then to other switches & into the stbs or from the multiswitch outputs to stbs if u only have 1 sat . Multiswitches helps a great deal & u can have 4 to 8 stbs & tvs .
