View Full Version : GlobalFTA - Not only incompentent but RUDE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Some of you know me I am a supermod and a mod at several sites.
So I am not starting Sh1t with this thread. I respect the dealers jobs. It is not easy.
I want results!!!!!
I was referred to GlobalFta (CMFINC & BEGA) to remedy I international issue with shipping 2 CW600's over the border. ( shipped DEC 8th still not arrived) anyways.
They are in Toronto I needed a CW shipped to Windsor a 2 hour drive.
GlobalFta promised according to there website, 2-5 day shipping also told me they ship twice a day so not to worry..
Soooooo after 2 days, I figure great I won't have to here from a pissed off customer anymore.
Well the customers calls me and says wheres my box ( he has been waiting 2 months )
So I call Global on Thursday, they assure me the package has been shipped, but that my Tracking # went home with his "shipping" guy.
OK great, they tell me it will be there Monday, No problem.
K now it's Friday and I get a invoice from them saying it was shipped Friday.
With the PROPER adress and NAME adress on INVOICE.
I can C & P it here but that would violate one of the rules.
I will send it to the ADMIN when I see him tonight.
There is LIE # 1 Because they assured me it had already been sent.
OK so I call them and the say Monday it'll get there.
Tuesday customer calls me again "where is my box?" CRAP!!!!!!! I am getting pissed.
So I tell him to wait another day or to drive to there shop and ask them.
After E-mail after E-mail nobody responds so I call them back, no answer......
So I get ahold of CMFINC he says to call them again.
So Friday evening they answer the phone again.
And proceed to tell me that they made a mistake and shipped it to wrong country that they would give me a good deal on next purchase. I tell them I don't have the money he laughs and says "what you don't have 100 dollars for a CW. PHUCK I am PISSED now.
I ask them what they are going to do about it.
He says give me 5 minutes I will call you back.
3 hours later no call back.
So I call them........and they tell me the shipping guy is gone and will be back in 15 minutes.
Never got a call all night.
So Saturday I call them.
They proceed to tell me that they already told me they cant help me.
And that I should buy another one.
I said I don't want another one it your screw up and you are responsible to fix it.
They said what you've never made a mistake and I said YES and I made up for them, thats the only reason I ordered from you in the first place was making up for a mistake I made, and yes it costs me but I did it because I am a good person.Why SHould I pay for your mistakes?
They told me to send it back when I got it, at MY expense.
Now I am really pissed.
I told them I moderate at several sites and I am going to post this all over the net.
He said he didn't care and to do what I thought I needed to so.
I also told him I was doing a charge back and he laughed and said you will loose so you cant do it.
I said Phuck you watch me this is bad business.then CLICK!
end of call.

Hung up on me.


SO long story short.....you want TERRIBLE customer service, shipping errors, rude salesmen , to be forced to buy additional boxes, to be lied to and to be hung up on......deal with globalfta.

I have purchased from them online first time no problem, second time, I paid for the box then he said he was sold out, he said he would send as soon as he could get them ,after 2 weeks, I called he said wait 1 more day, still didnt have them. Called him again and he sent me a better box. So all was good. I went to his store in Toronto to buy them for a while afterwords, untill I met some guy at a flea market that sells the box's $15 cheaper each so, so long to them.
But anyways emails are no good with those guys you have to call them everytime.
