Why are you connecting DQ7 that lock is not made for that connection...only Dlock4 for can handle the DQ7

Try it ...as I haven't done the instal..myself,I can't really say what's up with it but we can narrow things down.

Can you get us a pic of this lock so we know exactly which one you are refering to as I have not heard of t3
