OK I am sure this has been gone over and over but here goes. I am trying to make my own tiers for my cemu. A budy of mine gave me a clean rom 10to102 bin. I can open it in NG 4.1 and load it, but when I open DT tiers it is not there. He told me to make a patch but I have to have a bin to patch to so what do I do?.............Any body out there that could walk me through it?......Thanks ..........two-dogs

Well ... first, find and download Mr-Tierworks. DT Tierworks is no longer suported, there is a newer version, Mr-Tierworks.

Within Mr-Tierworks you will see a better and faster way to build your tiers.

Keep us posted.

Open MR Tiers V2.6 if you want the latest tiers.
Set the time zone, and zip code, remap for locals if you want them below ch 100
Click calendar icon and set tier dates...3 months out is ok.
Select all the tiers you want to use, including locals..use atlanta for east, and san francisco for west

Click create Rom10 patch file, and then give it a name....tiers.ep10

open nagraedit4.1 and open your bin in it.
Click patch, and copy this into the patch window:

Click on test patch, then run patch if no errors in the bottom window

Then click patch again and paste your tier patch into the window.
Click test patch, run patch if no errors in the bottom window
File/save as whatever name you want.
It will save with a file extension of .bn10, so you will need to rename it to match the cemu ini....usually dish.bin

Ok, someone asked in a pm why you need to run that "clean" patch with tiers on it...
answer is that there are many different tier configs depending on how many tiers you actually write to the bin, and they may not all be in the same locations. Using the patch should ensure that all such old tiers are cleaned off since this patch has the "rights" zeroed out. This will prevent any old tier data from interfering with the new tiers you patch, and eliminate the error message that NE4.1 may give in such case. NE4.1 will NOT clean your old tiers...try it and see.
