EEPROM editing ignored

I just received my Enigma, I programmed it with Enigma 4.1. I made changes with Mr-Tierwoks but were ignored by Enigma 4.1 . I get most of the channels but no Locals or Network channels. I am using the public keys on a 301.010 IRD. I inserted the keys manually, so I don't know about autorolling. What I am doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

The code says program it twice
sometime there is a it doesn't program the EEPROM correctly.

Thank you smilingjack, I tried that but no help. It is working just like I did no editing at all. I looked at the edited Eeprom with NagraMaster and the changes I made are there.

4.2 will becoming out in a few days
that is supposed to fix that program

Well, I installed 4.2 and it boots faster but still ignores any editing to the Eeprom.
