do i need any special soft-ware to load bin to memory stick just got the unit so any help really appreciated thanks in advance

first you unzip the file. Then you have a folder.Open the folder and right click on the bin file and you will get the option "send to". Choose whatever removable disk # your computer assigns to the memory stick and your stick should load.Good luck
