Missing Chanels.

I am trying to get chanel 401 and 390 but they don't seem to be showing up. 390 is red, i am not sure what tier it is in. 401 does not show up in the list at all. I am running a 6000 with public numbers and codespace 12 blocker.

anyone got any ideas?

I believe 390 is on 82 and 401 is on 91. So first question is do you get both sats? Does you public card image only use 2 tiers? For BEV, that is all that is needed, one wide open 3M and one wide open PPV. Look for a BEV image with the public numbers and only those 2 tiers if using more presently.

I thought i had tried that earlier, but i changed it to the 3M tier and everything is there now.

Also i do have 82 and 91 but thanks for the info.
