Rom102 atr error

I beleive i have a rom 102. Behind the card it say 102000ip07. When i try to read the card in nagra2edit v2.5 using my iso, all i get is "atr error". How can i find out the version of the card and if the card was looped. I don't have a rom102 unlocking device.

if its looped good luck you will have to wait for a script if there ever will be but i hope. i have 3 looped rom 102

Try several different programs like n2edit, nagramaster, ect... Also, if you have a card that you KNOW is good, try getting an ATR with it, then repeat the same procedure with the card in question. If you still get no ATR, then its likely looped.

stick the card in any receiver, after it says "smart card is not inserted correctly" it is probally looped, if it goes about finding signal and then says "the smart card you inserted is not valid for this recevier" then pull the card, wait a minute and the receiver will goto sys info. on one of those screens it will say DNASP 102 REV ??? if it says that it is not looped problem with connections of programmer, if it says S000000000 then it i sprobally looped

Just to add to all that have responded. The very first thing that I do is make sure card is inserted in ISO properly. I can not even count the number of times that I have inserted the card incorrectly. Another thing that I do and wind up with a few cams others have thought were looped, is to place a business card with cam in ISO after cleaning contacts on the card. Surprising the number of cards that are not looped by these simple things.
