Question on ROM2

I looking at buying a no-jtag reciever and it has a rom2 with it. Assuming it is at the current REV.

Can I pull the box keys from this card. If not can a dealer unlock so that I can get the Keys.

That being the case. Does anyone recommend a dealer for this?

If the ROM2 was ever used for a subscription with that receiver, then yes you can extract the BKs; no need to send it to a dealer, the ROM2 cannot be locked.

I assume I will be able to use NE. Anyway I'll try to find more on ROM2 while I'm waiting to get the reciever.
