Sat galaxy 10r will not show sat location or channel info when you change channels using viewsat 2000 any suggestion

It is a new setup??? Or did you lost it due to a bin change???

There is NO EPG on free to air ?? only bell & dish has tha option I never had a reciever that had a guied on real free to air.
