Found it in my junkbox while lookin for emu board parts. I think its an atmel 2313 programmer, but not for sure. From left to right the chips are 7805, 3.68Mhz ceramic osc, and atmel 2313 a transistor probably npn and a couple diodes. It obviously connects to a pc serial db9 male connector. Can anyone what it is from the connections ?

Assuming it is a serial port atmel 2313 programmer, is s/w available for it or is the s/w for the printer port circuit ?

The 7805 is a 5VDC regulator, the xsistor is just a switch and the atmel is the brains. Is there a ZIF socket on it, or an empty DIP socket (without that it isn't a programmer) or a male card pad??

Could be a stream logger (if only the latter), apart from that I'm baffled too.

PS didn't bother to view the pic.

I put this together on a breadboard back in the H and Hu days and forgot what it does. Give it a gander bro and see if the conections dont look familiar. Connects to pc db9 com port.
