new to blockers need help please

Good Afternoon All,

I 'm in the process of making my own tiers with Mr Tierworks etc and I was given a blocker via email to use . Is there a step by step to do this. I'm using an open rom 102 married to a 510 receiver

You know, its been a while since I checked that guide,but I don't think it could have been made any easier. Can't for the life of me remember who it was that wrote it, but great job!
