LOL, you have a task ahead of you, vid mod, oj1 jumper, jtag points install. unlock current rev card, man if i were you I would pop that card. add tiers and blocker and watch dish. DONE! it can be done, just a lot of work.

If the card is married to the receiver, that really is the easiest method, a lot simplier than all the hard ware stuff that needs to be done. But popping a 10B is not exactly gauranteed....loop easily.......

Just re-read the original post, converting to BEV is going to require at least some hardware work......

yeah if it is married ex sub, pop it and watch it. but skinerd is right. 10B is a bitch to pop especially if you do not pop alot of cards. I must brag a little and say i am 5 for 6 on 10B but 0 for 1 on 109's
