Dunno. I never did one, but I think that you have to pull the BGA chip, mount it on a wafer board and then unlock/glitch into it like any other rom 103 card.

I have never done one, but if i was to do it. I believe i would remove the chip from the board and mount onto a bGA board and wire up the cardslot. others may perfer to hook up headers and glitch cam onboard. depends on who you ask or what their preferences are.
