301.10 and atmega help

OK, I now have my ATMEGA128 working (sort of). I'm using noRSA public IRD and CAM #'s. I can see all of the channels in the guide (not red). The ird has been updated to 392. However, most channels are black. I wrote the keys to the atmega, but still nothing. HELP!!!!

i no longer get the authorization screen when using a private keyset, however, i'm back to mainly black screens except for free channels and 407 - goltv. what could i be doing wrong with the keys? am i possibly screwing something else up?

could be a issue with dt08 in the receivers firmware

how do i fix the dt08 in the firmware?

Did you ever get a response? I'm having the same problem now. I was sent a new file but, I cannot unzip it. Keeps asking for programe that created it.

i switched to private keyset from public. i no longer get the authorization nag, but now i have black screen on most channels. the frrebie channels come in including goltv.

if you ahve black channels, you are definately having issues with dt08 or SK. When it comes to rom 102 we use a program called gendt08_sk 3.3 to create a SK or Dt08 that coincides between the rom and tsop. I am not sure what kind of image is used to make atmegas work. if it is a rom 10 to 102 image or a actual rom 102 image. I do not test atemga since long before the implementation of the N2. I wish i could be of more help

Mightymouse I saw you posted the same question at 10x, did you try their suggestions?
There you said the pfg you were using was 2.5.???was that a typo?
Did you try Wicked 3mDN 301.10 test?
I checked your pfg image and it seemed to be ok, the keys seem to be right. You sure you are putting in 0 (zeros) and not Os (ohs)? Some have made that mistake before doh
I also put in an EST zip code but I don't think that actually makes a difference.
I would try the pfgs that are known to be working. I would also try a different (older) version of Jeepers. Check actions verify program/verify eeprom after you write it to make sure it worked.
uhhh you could also try entering 17CA right at the very bottom left where it says ffff but again don't think that will make a difference, as your prob doesn't sound tier related
So yeah like Crazy says it could be something with the IRD, you sure you have the No rsa fix on correct, right ird# and box keys?
To me it sounds like for some reason the correct keys are not getting on there but I dunno

I bet it is a norsa mod issue al. I myself have had to go to war with receivers over that!

Not sure the difference, but I'm running jeepers 2.1.2. Also, did you verify your speed on the crystal and use that in the jeepers settings
