After cemu 1.3.8 compiled, key still don't roll

I just compiled my first time and am having trouble getting the keys to roll. I compiled cemu10b 1.3.8. I have a bootdisk that I downloaded a while back and all I did was replace the CEMU.EXE with the one that I compiled and the keys didn't roll. Am I supposed to replace any of the other files on the floppy? Do I make a new bootdisk from the files in my cemu10b 1.3.8 folder? Sorry if these are stupid questions but I'm trying to learn how to do this myself instead of downloading a disk from somewhere.

Make sure you have all the proper bin files on your boot floppy. Also, this ver. uses an cemu.ini file. For it to roll, be sure that you have this:
