Newbie with a Syndrome card

I have this Syndrome card that my brother gave up on and was wondering if it's good for anything. I can't find much reading on the card so any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks, I have a bunch of other things that he gave me but I'm not sure what to use . 2 ROM 102 cards but I don't know how to unlock them, an atmega but no programer , 2 Magic cards ??? don't know what they are , an ISO programer an AVR and Jtag.Whats the best way to go? Oh he also said that I could chang the Syndrome to Atmega is that true? Thanks!

goto xxx.thefileshop.com there are files there for the sydrome to get it up and running. sorry i misposted earlier, i did not know they worked
