I got a ATMEGA 128 on 3100-010, I did convert ird to 301, but I still confused if we can write the IRD# Card# and Box# when write the ATMEGA, why we need edit TSOP? ful ques but wanne clear.

it isn't just box keys and ird numbers, dt08 or sk have to match. by flashing with public numbers, the 0A datatype on the card is already created and matched to your receiver.

if i can't get the modded tsop for my 5900-011, how can i edit the orig tsop to public numbers setting? thx crazy179

use a program called flashedit, i use 2.0 i believe it is. there are newer versions

i got 2.0 too, but don't have 5900 model option, besides the Build config, box # adn ird#, how to match the dt08 and sk you just mentioned? if you are tired about my stupid ques, could you give me any link so i can look for a while? thx a lot.

We use a program called gendt08_sk 3.3 for making dt08 or sk. however it's bev receiver support is not that good and i doubt the 5900 will be on there. Now the solution to this problem is to use public info for bev. but we still have the issue of finding a version of flashedit that will recognize it. I am unsure of the newest version but look around it may support it.

goto www.bellexpress.vu and look for rom 102 programming section, it will have a how to on creating sk's and dt08's
