Other than hooking it up and seeing if it works...no.
You can check the power supply for the power inserter with
a multimeter. Should be somewhere bewteen 6 and 12 volts.
Can't remember for sure but I think it's DC but may be AC.
The next thing I would suspect is the LNBF's you are hooking up
to the switch. ONLY! legacy LNBF's will work with the SW-64.
Nothing DP will work with that switch. When I say legacy I mean
actually only one LNBF. A legacy dual out single LNBF. 2 of that
type mounted to a 500 dish. With a second dish 300 with the same
LNBF for the third sat. Currently all receiver models still support the SW-64
switch firmware wise.
A legacy dual LNBF won't work. Not enough hookups. It requires
two connections for each sat. One for horiz one for vert per sat.
If it was working when you put it away likely you updated the
electronics on the dish since you quit using it. The new equipment
on the dish more then likely won't work with that switch.
The 64 was the earliest 3 sat switch. It was designed for the equpiment
available at the time. At the time no internal switching was built into
the LNBF's. So the SW-64 won't work with any LNBF that has internal
switching.
