Only 119 sat cant get 110

Ok Im not sure its a receiver issue or not but here is what I have tried. I replaced the sw21 and heads with a Dp-Twin to rule out switch. Its a Dish 500 I changed the receiver its a DATD Build on the mother board, and still cant get the 110 bird. Here are all my receiver settings.

Last Connected None

Status Warning select details (When selected it says only onesat connected)

Software P 346
Satelite connect Has Red Box with X init 119 has green box under it

Remote Adress 1

LNB STATUS Direct connect to a DP-Twin
DP-Twin-1 119 Even, Odd
Signal integrity good no loss detected.

Still cant get the 110 sat. Any Ideas?

If you can get it w/other box, and know the dish is properly aimed, let the -013 update to latest rev.
