Wanted: Schematics for USB to Parallel (LPT) adapter

I have seen them somewhere but can't find em, I am in search of a USB to Parallel Adapter schematics.

ALso does anyone make a PCI card for adding additional (or replacing faulty) parallel ports.

My dad is a blind ham radio operator and I am looking for a few things to help him out. (usb is mainly for me tho).
