Twinhan 102g signal problems

Everytime, I have to reseat the twinhan card in the PCI slot to get the signal. I would restart the computer then the singnal would go away. Then I would shut down the computer take out the card and put the card back in same slot or different slot, start the computer it will work fine. I tried different computer, different card same thing. Thid thing start to happen for last few weeks. ANy Idea?

Might be a corrupt driver. Next time it does it, go into device manager and remove the card from the listing, then reboot and let the machine find and reinstall the card. If your back up and running then it is a driver issue.
