I have a 9 pin serial port card reader. Iso programmer II. It is plugged into Serial Port I on my computer. The light on the machine flashes however, I cannot access Comport Serial Port I with the Net2Edit program. Could someone please tell me what I need to do after I plug up to my computer. Or how do I get the computer to see the card reader device? Thanks in advance, please help.
