fta show no channels

hi i have a viewsat platnim light been working fine but today i trun it off then when i trun it on it comes on normal but then it just stays on on the displa say i wont flip over to channels or menue just black screen has anyone had this problem

Try reloading it with factory flash then last file for it. Some times have seen the bin get corrupted. Had a couple do this before -- reloaded and everything fine then.
