Hi,

I've been fooling around with my old 3100 - I reprogrammed the tsops a few times b4 and everything went well. This time I tried to do it and everything seemed to work well until i plugged the reciever in.

The green light on the front panel turned on and stayed on and would flash every few seconds briefly. Like the box could not boot. I thought I messed up with jkeys so i unplugged it, stuck my JTAG programmer on and turned on the unit. Now, the reciever light turns on, flashes once briefly, stays on another second and goes out. Black screen... nothing works.

Furthurmore, Jkeys does not connect and displays "Unknown Device" - no matter what I do.

Any comments?

John

Do you have a card in the slot? I have one 301.010 which needs the card and another which does not.

you may have reversed your tsops or actually you may have corrupted your tsop.

you should try to find the chuppy or gunthers resurrection guide or a thread that will help you
