don't totally understand what you are asking. but can you edit it from the ini file? yes you can

ok loader 2 settings i don't see it in there but it is save wondering if i can copy and paste settings

yes you chould be able to do that

No need to edit the file........set up a configuration in the configuration window, then save it as whatever you like.
