301-13 dual tsop error

I was attempting to do a complete TSOP load of my 301.013 by following the How To instructions, and erased the whole flash using JKeys...it is dual tsop, btw...when i tried to write it back , i`m not sure which flash to pick..write back on one or two or both....what should i do

Both, but write the correct one to the correct tsop.
