Cannot lock sat 110 or 121

I have super dish with DP 34 switch. I have two receivers. One 301.010 and the other one is 301.013. In 310.010 everything is fine. But from yesterday in 301.013 it cannot lock sat 121 and 110. Its only locking sat 119. Ran check switch and it just feeding one sat 119 and the other two are missing. Firmware is current. Can anyone help me out what may be wrong.

switch the two receivers sattelite cables and verify it is not a issue with the cable or a bad switch port.

After swaping receivers I found the problem, but do not know how to solve it. With DP technology receiver supposed to supply the power to DP34 switch. But 301.013 is not supply any power to dp 34 switch. When both the receivers is connected DP34 switch is getting power but still 301.013 is not detecting the dp34 switch. Can anyone help me.

sounds like the connex chip went out of your receiver. as cheap as 013's are now, it is probally cheaper to buy a new one then go through hassle of replacing chip
