How to downgrade software

I have 301.010 with ROM 102. I am getting that nag 153 after running about 10 minutes. I can enter the receiver thru J-tag. Does anyone know how to downgrade the software.

You can go to the files section here and D/L P248 for the 301-10, public #'s.
Before you start, go into menu, reciever upgrade and select "Ask Before downloading" save & exit.
This how 2 is for dish public #'s.
Hook up ur jtag and read and save both flashes and the eeprom, keep in a safe place, you may need them later.

Now you need erase flash 2 - 3 times (C23).
put you new flash (c23) back in.

Now flash the P248 flash 2 to the 301-10 (C22).
Now erase flash 1 at least 3 times,
put you new flash (c22) back in.
.
Now hit "Detect" and be sure you see P248 and the public #'s before exiting.
Disconnect power and the jtag. You won't need to flash the eeprom.
Hook up to tv and satellite, with your (atmega/enigma/rom card)in the card slot, do a switch check, exit and it will do the 5 sig steps then you should have tv with the correct program/keys/hardware/card.
Do the above at your own risk.
I did the above with a 301-10 this am and i'm useing a atmega and so far all is well after 2 hours.

Edit: I forgot to mention it's probably better to go private at this point, or until a fix is released, this is prob temporary.
One other thing, after the rec does the 5 sig tests it will have a box pop up asking if you want to upgrade your F/W, select, NO,

Erasing both the flash at once, lead to trouble, 1 slip and you got dead IRD

You must find tsops at P247 and modify them to your #s and load them onto your IRD.

Thats correct if you want to use the public #'s, the P248 tsops are ready to flash.
I only wrote the 2 tsops no eeprom, it worked for me, other than my 301-10 dosent roll the keys. good luck.

Did your receiver bootup and showed menu after reflashing without even connecting to stream??I tried 3 receivers and they didn't show video untill i hooked up to satelite stream fro 15-20 mins and then they were on latest firmware.

Amitsekhon, you need to go into menu, system upgrade and select "Ask Before Downloading" either before you flash the tsops or before you hook it up to the sat cable. Read the second line in my orrigional post.
I'm not all that good with how 2's, i assume to much lol.
