viewsat extreme 2000 no guide

I have a Viewsat extreame 2000 but I cannot get the guide to work on echostar7 (119) Bev. It only work on sat Bev package witch is nimga 3, and some channels are not working on nigma 3. I have tried blind scan, and EPG downloading of the bev guide. What am I doing wrong?

your question is very confusing".Echostar 7(119) Bev". looks to me like you are trying to scan in either Bev channels on a Dish setting or vice versa. Bev is Nimic 1 & 3 91 W, Dishnetwork 7 is 119w and Dishnetwork 8 & 10 is 110 W .Do a factory default to get rid of the incorrect info in your receiver. Figure out which satellite you are pointed at and go to that satellite in the installation menu. Enter in the correct info,lnb type,switch type if any. Do not do a Blindscan as that gets you duplicates and is not recommended. Do a regular scan (f1 if I remember right).When you have the correct satellite scanned in with the correct settings your guide will work.

There is no such thing as Bev 119. 119 is Dishnetwork Echostar 7. There is the problem.
